Attendance at TCA has been good and by now students are learning how important your college readiness skills of attendance, being on-time and being on-task are tied to your academic achievement.
TCA students will have anofficial college GPAafter first semester. This cumulative college GPA can be checked on your SCC Web Advisor athttps://thehub.southeast.edu after the end of December.
SCC tuition statementsfor TCA dual credit classes will be mailed out from SCC within the next several days. Contact the TCA main office if you have any questions.
TCA Semester II SCC Registration Weekis November 28-December 2. Semester I tuition must be paid or arrangements made by this week to avoid a “hold” on your TCA student registration for second semester.
TCA Seniorsare reminded that we are in College Application and Financial Aid Season. Make a point to apply to the college(s) of your choice by December 1. SCC Transcript Release Forms are available in the TCA Main Office to have your SCC/TCA college transcript sent to colleges. Seniors can now submit their FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov) based on your 2015 federal income tax returns or wait until January to submit your FAFSA based on your 2016 federal income tax returns.
