Policy for Volunteers who want to go on field trips and/or chaperone a field trip.

This year we are requiring all volunteers who want to chaperone field trips or go on field trips to be at Level III status and pass a background check.

How Parents Apply To Be A Volunteer: To request to be a volunteer online – on LPS.org main page – on the left side under “Be a Volunteer”. You will need to fill out the form online. You can use a computer in the Prescott Library if you don’t have one at home. You will be notified by email when they are “activated.”
