Prior to this position I taught a class called creative expressions to all students at Kooser Elementary School. I am a Lincoln native. I graduated high school from Lincoln Northeast and I have degrees from UNL and Nebraska Wesleyan. In my free time I like to play volleyball, go to garage sales, and to spend time with my dog, Barney.

Mr. Jason Brunott
My name is Mr. Brunott and I have been teaching art at Kooser Elementary for the past nine years. Since my first year of teaching I have been helping with the Summer Technology Program (STP). Some of the classes I have taught are: Photoshop Basics, Weebly Websites, Comic Shorts, and Claymation. I have been married for 14 years to my wonderful wife Sally. We have two daughters: Brooklynn (7) and Emersyn (4). In our free time we like to play games, go to movies, and take family vacations.
Mr. Tate Mlady, Teacher
I started out as an Art Educator and switched to Computer Science. Teaching CS has allowed me to be creative with the students doing digital paintings, making posters, and making animations and other projects using code, google classroom, and kidpix. Lincoln has been my home for over 5 years now, but I originally grew up in Kimball, South Dakota. When I’m not teaching I like spending time with my wife and working on getting better at drawing and digital painting.
