Today is a “B” Day

• Today (May 24) is our last day of school. We will stagger our dismissal time to help students have an orderly departure. Bus students will be dismissed at 2:30 p.m. Students who don’t ride the bus will be dismissed as follows: Grade 8 – 2:40 p.m.; Grade 7 – 2:50 p.m., and Grade 6 – 2:58 p.m. (regular dismissal time). We will not have a 4:15 p.m. late bus today.

• Attention all 7th graders: Information on next year’s Washington D.C. trip is available in the office. The early registration deadline is June 6th. If you register early you save money.

• Students, please check the lost & found tables by the office. Items not picked up today will be donated to charity. And check the office for your missing phones, electronics and eyeglasses.

• Negative meal balances need to be paid in full before June 8, 2012. The parent/guardian is responsible to pay for all school meal purchases made by their student(s). Negative balances can be paid in the school office until Friday, June 1. After this date, payments will need to be made at or sent to: Accounting, LPSDO Box 2, 3801 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, NE 68502. Also, online payments can be made through May 29 at https://wapp.lps.org/scarlet/parentaccount/login.cfm?idx=y. Negative balance meal accounts will be referred to a collection agency if they are not paid. If you have questions regarding your child’s negative meal account, please contact Accounting at 402-436-1701.
