Water was our theme!!
About 60 kids in grades K-3 attended a Water themed Summer school at West Lincoln. We learned all about water, we read, did science experiments, completed math problems, and checked out books from the library.
The new 1st graders learned about the water cycle and made their very own fish. Click here to see what we did at a summer school.
On the last day we even had a Water Olympics and viewed a Magic School House video about the Water Works. It was an excellent jump start to our new school year and a watery finish to a great summer.

After summer school we had an hour of clubs. One of the clubs was Technology club. Some of the older students were able to make their very first iMovies as a part of this club.
