This is our attendance board. Every day we count how many students are not here, have hot lunch, or have cold lunch. We compare numbers and love to make groups of ten!
This is our 120 chart. Each day we circle a new number.
Each day we add one more penny. We enjoy counting them and writing equations about them.
During calendar time we play “What goes there”? and predict the number and picture in the pattern. We sing about the days of the week and months of the year, and we end by singing the days date.
