*Art Work Pick-Up Date:  1st and 2nd Semester 8th Grade Art- Option 1: After the 8th grade Showcase tonight in the Media Center (ending at 8:00 PM).  Option 2:  By 3:15 PM tomorrow, May 22 in the Media Center.  Any remaining artwork will be discarded after this date.

 

*If you pre-ordered a yearbook, you can pick it up after school today in the cafeteria.  If you didn’t pre-order but would still like to purchase a yearbook, there will be a limited quantity available for purchase today after school in the cafeteria as well.  The cost is $25.

 

*NO Student Council meeting on Wednesday morning, May 23rd.

 

*Please check the lost and found table located by the stairs next to the Media Center.  Items will be donated after the last day of school, which is Thursday, May 24th.

 

*Don’t forget to sign-up for the Summer Athletic Clinics held at all LPS high schools during the summer months.  There is something available for all ages.  More information can be found in the Moore office.

 

*The East High weight room will be closed for incoming 9th graders the last three days of school.  Also, check out the East website for summer weight room hours and participation packets for incoming 9th graders.

*In Nebraska, Make-A-Wish granted 14,000 wishes in 2011 alone.  We can help contribute to that number here at Moore by participating in the Penny Wars and Hat/Hood Day so more kids with life-threatening illnesses can get their wish.
