Academic Policy

Effort, attitude, and participation apply to the court as well as the classroom. At Mickle, we want our student-athletes to take classroom work seriously, too. We will have weekly grade checks. If a student has 2 or more F’s in classes, the student will not play in the game that Saturday. Practice time will also be devoted to improve the failing grades (we will likely utilize homework club for this). Likewise, if a student earns more than 2 referrals in a week, the student will not play in the game that Saturday.
