Our district is participating in a survey on bullying. The Bully Survey is designed to allow school

personnel to understand the characteristics of the bullying behaviors that are taking place in your

school and community. Results are used to make data-based intervention strategies and choices.

Bullying happens when someone hurts or scares another person on purpose and the
person being bullied has a hard time defending himself or herself. Usually, bullying
