Welcome to the Southwest FBLA Website!!

Southwest FBLA continues to have success at both the State and National levels of competition.  For the 5th straight year we are sending chapter members to Nationals.  This June 25th Elizabeth, Eric, and Keven will be attending NLC in sunny Anaheim, CA.  Elizabeth and Eric are in a team event, Global Business, and Keven is competing in Business Calculations.  Hopefully at least one event will make it in the Top 10 and become our 3rd Top 10 finish in school history.

We also had a fourth member qualify, Thanh, but he also qualified to compete with the LPS HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) team in Nashville that same week.  That makes the most people in one year that we have qualified for NLC in FBLA.  2012-13 was a great year.  Can 2013-14 top it??

At the last meeting of the year, and at the End of Year Banquet we announced our new officer team for 2013-2014 school year.  Congratulations to our 2013-2014 Officer Team!!

The 4th Annual Officer Summit has been set for June 5th with a follow-up meeting on August 5th.
At the Summit they will set-up the Chapter Calendar (community service, social, fundraising events), establish Committees, and set this year’s Chapter Goals.  The goals will be listed below after the Summit.

The members and adviser for Southwest FBLA invite you to join us and see what we are all about.  We meet on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays each month at 7:30am in room B200.
