Off-season lifting occurs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after school.  Speed and acceleration workouts occur on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 pm.

If a student-athlete is enrolled this term with a weight training class, we offer a more baseball-specific workout during this time.

This is an opportunity for student-athletes not out for a fall or winter sport.
Freshman are also encouraged to attend.
Anybody interested in lifting should find a coach in the weight room and introduce themselves.  The coach in the weight room  will get them set up with a lifting group and program.
Most athletes conclude their workouts around 4:30 pm.

Strength and Power

Workouts are designed around quality movements. Once an athlete has demonstrated mastery of movements, they are then moved into a more individualized program.

Functional Movement Screening

For our more advanced athletes, athletes are assessed by our strength coach who analyzes movement strengths and movement deficiencies. The results are used to create an individualized plan to improve dynamic, athletic movement.

Speed and Acceleration

In addition to a quality strength program, athletes participate in a speed and acceleration program. This program is designed to improve first step quickness and overall speed.
