Off-Season Workouts

Off-season lifting occurs on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school.

 

Even if a student-athlete is enrolled this term with a weight training class, we offer a more baseball-specific workout during this time.

This is an opportunity for student-athletes not out for a fall or winter sport.

Freshman are also encouraged to come.  Freshman find a coach in the weight room and introduce yourself.  The coach will get you set up with a lifting program.

Most athletes conclude their workouts around 4:30 pm.
