Summer Training Schedule

We will be meeting on the northwest corner of the track each weekday during the summer from 7:30am to 9:00 beginning Tuesday, May 30th. Enter the track through the gate next to school door 41. In addition to our normal daily mileage, conditioning in weights/bodyweight exercises and techniques will be offered weekly this summer. We will meet Monday through Friday often meeting away from LHS on Fridays.  Google classroom and e-mails will post where we will meet.

We ask that if you are a person that is interested in running cross-country at LHS that you please try to attend or use the summer calendar to get workouts in on your own so that we can meet our team and personal goals during the fall season. We want to build a team that is competitive at every meet and at all levels.
