HOW TO SIGN UP FOR INDIVIDUAL CLUBS:
- Return a completed CLC Student Information Form
- forms can be returned to the Lefler School Office or to room 112 after school
- forms are good for the entire school year
- Select the individual club or clubs by completing the Club Selection Electronic Form using this link:
- Please return the student information form and/or make club selections online by:
- September 1st for 1st Quarter Clubs
