  • How close do you live to school? Can you walk or ride your bike to or from school safely?  During the thirst for Play Challenge, students who can walk or bike to school safely are encouraged to give it a try.  You might find that you start your day more refreshed and ready to go!  Did you know that your body is made up of about 75% water? To keep our minds and bodies working their best, we need plenty of water between our meals.  Move more, drink more water and make it a great day!
  • There is track practice on Friday 4/29, even though the schedule says no practice.  Track WILL practice this Friday.
  • This is our last week to focus on Compassion. This week model kindness. Research suggests that compassion is contagious, so if you want to help compassion spread in the next generation, lead by example. “Spread kindness to one person a day.  Imagine the amount of happiness you would dispense in a lifetime.”  Anonymous.
