- Charles Sieglaff was the winner of the “Mystery Item in the Library” Contest. The mystery item was several egg cases from a Skate, which is a shark relative with a flat round body shape like a stingray. The egg cases have a nickname and are also known as a “Mermaid’s Purse” Thanks to everyone else who submitted a guess.
