1. Symbolism Notes and Journal: Students took the notes in class, and they will add to the journal after reading each chapter.

2. Gatsby Character KWL Chart: This is an activity that students will continually update as they read the book.

3. Gatsby Passage #1 Close Read Review: Check out the link.  This close reading strategies activity was completed in class, but was NOT turned in for a grade.

4. Gatsby Reading Assignment #2: Students should read chapter 3 for Thursday, 10/23, and they should complete the study guide while they read.
