2nd Quarter, 1st Semester, 2010-11 School Year

It’s already the 2nd quarter of the school year!  It was great to see so many parents and guardians at Parent-Teacher Conferences in October.  Many of you have requested that the words lists that the students are using in FCR Reading be e-mailed to you.  If you would like this information provided to you,  please let me know by e-mail or by telephone.   Students are doing a great job of acclimating to the school routine.  We appreciate all you do to support your student in the work-skill programs we have available at North Star.  We will be hosting another food handler’s permit class before the end of the first semester.   Look for more information on this website, as well as in written notices sent home with your student.

The permit is good for 2 years.
