Homework Policy
Homework will be assigned DAILY.
Homework will be corrected DAILY. Students should correct any mistakes.
The purpose and relevance of assignments (practice) is to provide students feedback on their learning and also to guide teachers in their instructional design for lessons. Students will know, through assignments, the connection of the practice to the daily/unit lesson goals. Assignments provide an opportunity to practice the concepts and to adjust any misunderstandings before being assessed over the material. To be successful on math assessments, students need to do homework daily so they can get daily feedback to make sure they are grasping concepts.
Assignments are written on the board each day.
