Some important things to note about homework:

1.  Your child received a homework folder with a calendar and assignment log.  Parents can check for daily assignments on this folder.

2.  We are asking that fourth graders read approximately 20 minutes each day at home.  Each quarter students will be asked to complete a book report/project.

3.  Spelling tests will be given weekly.  See the student calendar in their homework folder for the dates of these tests.  There will not be a spelling test on the weeks we have a unit reading test.

4.  Expect math to come home each night.  This will be written on the assignment log in the homework folder.  There are two sides similar to the homework in 3rd grade.
