Today is a Y Day.

The afterschool CLC program is waiting for you to join!  Enrollment forms in the office are going fast, but space is still available in the following clubs.   Clubs with openings include STEP, Art club, beginning archery, girl’s club, collectible cards, babysitting, and calligraphy, People of Purpose, haunted happenings, and dodge ball.   Today’s club highlight is Soccer Club, where students not only hone their skills at this awesome sport with their friends!   All clubs are filling up fast, but all you need to do is return a registration form, which can be picked up in the main office or from CLC staff after school!

LUNCH MENU: Mac and cheese, Chicken sub sandwich or Bread country beef sandwich.

BREAKFAST MENU FOR TOMORROW: Breakfast bacon+ scramble or cold cereal, whole grain toast, juice and milk.

Today is an X Day.

The Goodrich at Dawes CLC still has space available in several of it’s clubs after school.  Hurry and pick up a registration from the main office, as space is limited.   Clubs with openings include STEP, Art club, beginning archery, girl’s club, soccer club, babysitting, and calligraphy, People of Purpose, haunted happenings, and dodge ball.   Today’s club highlight is Collectible Cards, for all those Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, or cards-based game players out there!   All clubs are filling up fast, but all you need to do is return a registration form, which can be picked up in the main office or from CLC staff after school!

LUNCH MENU: Breaded baked chicken with roll, Salisbury steak with roll or Fish and cheese sandwich.

BREAKFAST MENU FOR TOMORROW: Breakfast bagel or cold cereal, whole grain toast, juice and milk.

Today is a Y Day.

The limo ride prize for magazine sales will be held Wednesday, Nov. 4th at 11:00 AM. The following people qualified for the ride: Shawna Minnick, Cody Krier, Ralph Archuleta, Dylan Dykstra, Julianna Densberger, Trenton Deboer, Jordan Farabod and Shania Middagh. Congratulations to winners and good job helping your school.

The Student Wellness Team will not meet today with Mrs. Knotwell, but will meet on the next Thursday we have school. There still are more than 25 backpacks to give away tomorrow for those who bring in their Commitment Pledge from the Fuel Up To Play 60 website.

Yes, this Friday will be OctoberVest Day.  You are asked to wear a wild and crazy looking vest to celebrate the end of the First Quarter.  Remember there will be a grade level draw for those that wear a vest and all vests MUST be school appropriate.  Violation of school policy will disqualify you and the dress code policy will be enforced.
