About

Elliott Elementary School was designed by the Lincoln architects Fiske & Meginnis and opened in 1922, replacing an earlier Elliott School (1888-1922) at 26th and O Streets. Miss Phoebe Elliott, a former teacher, served on the Lincoln Board of Education from 1887-1890 and 1892-1894.
