College/Career Fair at the Lighthouse

Lighthouse is excited to provide the opportunity to learn about local colleges, armed forces and financial resources available on Friday, May 17, 2013 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Families are encouraged to come eat dinner from 5:30-6:00 p.m. Students will have the opportunity to learn about local colleges and military careers by talking with representatives. Attendees will also be eligible to win door prizes! The Lighthouse is located at 2601 N Street. If you have questions or need additional information please call 402-475-3220.

Final Transcripts

Seniors planning on attending a post-secondary school must fill out a (green) “Request for Final Transcript” form and return it to the registrar’s office before a final transcript can be sent. Forms will be available in the registrar’s office, which is located in the Counseling Center. Final transcripts will not be mailed until after June 18, 2013.

*Note: Class ranks and grade-point averages will not be available until June 5, 2013

If you are interested in achieving your dreams by doing something different, you need to check out the Entrepreneurship Focus Program. Sign up in the Counseling Center and register to attend an informational meeting right here in the building on Wednesday, May 15 at 1:30 in the commons. Students and staff from EFP will be here to share information and answer any questions you may have about the Entrepreneurship Focus Program. The last day to sign up in the Counseling Center is Friday, May 10, 2013.

Senior Breakfast

The Senior Breakfast will be held on Friday, May 17, 2013, 7:30 a.m. in the south gym. Tickets for the breakfast will go on sale starting Monday, May 6^th through Thursday, May 16^thin the main office from Mrs. Larson. Tickets are $7.00 per person in advance and $10.00 at the door. Cap and gowns will be handed out after commencement practice, which will begin directly after the Senior Breakfast.

Seniors who are members of National Honor Society can purchase their medallion they’ll be wearing for graduation in the main office for $13.00. Make checks payable to Lincoln East High School.
