1 can of black beans
2 cans of shoepeg corn
1 red pepper
1/2 green onion
crumbled fetta cheese (optional)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple sider
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Mix 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup apple sider, and 1/4 cup sugar. Next rinse the black beans. Add the rinsed black beans and shoepeg corn into the mixture.
