I am a French and English teacher.

My very favorite activity is travel!  I would go on a trip every month if I could.  I have some vacation pictures on the website to share with you, and I will add more every so often.  I also love to read; I read all kinds of books, magazines, and blogs, but my favorites are mysteries, history, and travel-related things. In addition, I love baking, yoga, Pilates, and shopping. I love them a lot.

My husband Steve and I have four sons, who are all pretty much grown up. Taylor is an Air Force pilot and is married to Allison. Austin is a Chemical Engineer at Hexagon Lincoln, and his wife is Maria. They are the parents of our grandson Lucas. Garrett is an architect with BVH Architecture, and Dylan is a mechanical engineer at General Dynamics. All four of our boys graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, as did Steve and I.

In addition, we have two pets, a dog named Murphy and a cat named Louie.
