Students will be reviewing the treble and bass clef staff note names with several activities. We will be practicing Solfege singing to help improve our pitch while singing. The students will be asked to sing a scale with solfege and then use the syllables to sing intervals.
Students are encouraged to use ‘silly sayings’ to quickly name the staff notes.

Treble Clef: Every Good Boy Does Fine (Lines)
F A C E (Spaces)
Bass Clef: Great Big Ducks Fly Airplanes (Lines)
All Cows Eat Grass (Spaces)
There will be several quizzes to assess the students progress.
