Students will learn the note names of all treble and bass clef notes. They should be able to use ‘silly’ sayings to easily name the staff notes. A quiz will assess their learning progress.
Tip and tricks to use to name notes on the staff:
Treble Clef: Every Good Boy Does Fine (Lines)
F A C E (Spaces)
Bass Clef: Great Big Ducks Fly Airplanes (Lines)
All Cows Eat Grass (Spaces)
OR you can use the vertical ABCs and go up or down the staff.
OR you can use the Treble Clef G line and go up or down using the ABCs
and the Bass Clef F line and go up or down using the ABCs.
