Español 2

  1. warm-up – what language/country do words come from?
  2. Conjugating practice with the preterit using practice sheet from last week classroom.
  3. Directions in CDMX – example on the board with a map.
  4. Student practice with directions from CDMX map – speaking in Spanish and following directions.
  5. Writing directions in Spanish – worksheet. Discussed number 1 in class and students are to write out complete directions for numbers 1,2, and 3 – due tomorrow, beginning of class.

  1. Warm-up UWEIRDO – which for each phrase?
  2. Checked 1-10 from homework, completed and discussed 11-20 as well.
  3. Reading – Contexto 2 p. 186 and completed activity 10 p. 187 with partner – conjugating in present subjunctive and also making sure sentences made sense according to information from the reading.
  4. Homework worksheet – more practice with the present subjunctive and impersonal expressions and reading. – Due tomorrow.
