  1. Warm-up answering questions about childhood using the imperfect tense.
  2. Game practice choosing the correct imperfect tense form and examples of when to use or not use the imperfect tense vs the preterite tense.
  3. In class – Mini-poster project – writing about self when was a child in Spanish using the imperfect tense. Students are to write 8 complete level 2 sentences describing self as a child (there are questions to guide). Writing stays in the classroom but students could take the poster home to create images that represent what they wrote. Writing will be afixed to poster in class tomorrow. Students will have approximately 20 minutes to finish in class tomorrow.

  1. Warm-up using column 2 vocabulary – verbs of influence and the present subjunctive.
  2. Practice with vocabulary and present subjunctive with white boards.
  3. What job is this? (vocabulary in context)
  4. Quiz tomorrow – vocabulary and present subjunctive.
