Warm-up and review before Quiz (postponed from Friday). Quiz 3.2. Notes – review present tense stem change verbs and notes on preterit -ir stem changing verbs, p. 178. Practice with white boards.
Any missing work from 3.2 is due Thursday Feb 16th for any credit. If need speaking points, may bring a conversation partner in after school on Wednesday or Thursday to speak and earn points needed.

Review before Quiz 3.1 – col 2 vocab/future tense/por/para (which was postponed from Friday). Reading p. 164 and various clips to give some background ideas for summative project. Reviewed animals and talked about requirements for paper and poster. Shared examples. Work collected – all writing is to be completed in class. (If leaves classroom then student has to start over.) Typed and printed paper due Friday (even if absent) Poster and presentation due Tuesday (poster can be worked on at home….maximum of 8 vocabulary words are allowed on poster.
