Spanish 2

1. warm-up with 2.1 vocabulary. Practice vocab with partner. Fill in Spanish sentence with correct vocab word.

2. Review of present tense verb endings and preterite verb endings that we have studied thus far…-ar, -car, -gar, -zar, ir/ser, hacer, dar and ver.

3. New notes on regular -er/-ir preterite endings. p. 95. Also added leer as it is used in the text with activities. In class practice worksheet – present and preterite conjugations.

4. p. 96 Act 5 – written then spoken with partner. Vocab practice.

Spanish 3

1. warm-up with preterite and imperfect in a fairy tale.

2. Discussed “un accidente” activity from yesterday.

3. Una cuenta – goldilocks – preterite and imperfect – conjugating the verbs. Video clip in Spanish.

4. 2 sided – Worksheet that is review of preterite and imperfect tense. Students are also to complete Act 4 p. 81 on this same 2 sided worksheet (practice saber and conocer in the preterite or imperfect). This is due on Tuesday of next week. Also, any missing work must be handed in by Tuesday as well.Test on Wednesday.
