Spanish 3
1. warm-up – editing with vocab and the preterite. Practice with vocab and added animals to vocab list.
2. Continued with writing practice from yesterday. Students finished up step 2 with their partners and class discussed. Those who had already finished had time to continue work writing about a vacation in the preterite – using the questions to guide them and the list made from Act 9, page 39 (this will help with answering question 5). Students are to write their paragraph on the back of worksheet and all will be collected tomorrow. (this is to prep for speaking assessment about a vacation).
3. Speaking/Drawing activity with vocab.
4. Review game with vocab. Vocabulary quiz tomorrow. Quiz on irregular preterite verbs next Thursday and in-class Summative project due on Friday.
