Spanish 1
1. warm-up and discussed Act 6 p. 38. Checked warm-ups – students should have these complete by 2 minutes into class.
2. Watched 2 video clip/songs with Spanish subject pronouns. Played a game to practice subject pronouns.
3. Notes on the verb ser and some oral practice. Went around room and asked everyone a vocab question.
4. Quiz on pronouns and ser on Tuesday. Test on Friday next week. Any missing work, must before the test.
Spanish 2
1. Warm-up. Checked warm-ups – students should have these complete by 2 minutes into class. Pulled “sticks” to get answers.
2. Partner work with correcting errors. Partner speaking in Spanish for 5 minutes and I asked students questions in Spanish as well for speaking point.
3. Pages 32-33 – culture of Costa Rica introduction and talking about travel.
