Spanish 1
Warm-up using new vocabulary. Pronunciation practice and went over homework. Students had many opportunities to earn speaking points today! Students also did some speaking practice in pairs, reading pp32-33. Students wrote Act 1 p. 34 and did speaking practice with Act 4 p. 36. Listening and comprehension was worked on with a short video clip p. 35. Homework for tomorrow is writing complete sentences using me gusta, te gusta and vocabulary. We did several things in class today practicing and tonight they will write.

Warm-up and homework credit given for completion. Went over the correct answers and students were to have corrected their errors. Vocab practice with a partner – quizzing each other. Read pp. 22-23. Speaking practice with Act. 23 p. 24. Notes on stem-changing verbs p. 25 and jugar. Practice with Act. 24 p. 25. Homework for tomorrow – stem changing verbs work sheet and Act. 24 p. 25 (write it at the bottom of the worksheet) (Per 2 did this in class, so they are fine).
