Spanish 1

Unit 3.1 pages 136-161. Students have completed many writing, speaking, and listening activities. We have worked with vocabulary and learned how to conjugate –er and –ir verbs. Students completed 2 homework activities, a vocab sheet and worksheet with –er/ir conjugations. Warm-ups were completed daily as well as speaking points. Quiz was on Tuesday the 15^th.

Today students completed a speaking assessment activity. They presented in front of the class! We also went to the computer lab to review for the Test tomorrow. The instructions are below for more practice at home if desired.

4. Choose Avancemos 1
5. Click on @HomeTutor
6. Type in your first name and choose level B
7. From the drop down box choose Unidad 3 Lección 1
8. Vocabulario – Drop down and click on Práctica. Complete Activities 1 through 5 and check your answers.
9. Click on Gramática. Complete Práctica: gramática 1 – only activity 1.
10. 10.  Click on Práctica: gramática 2. Complete Activities 1 through 4.

11. Go back to my Maestras’ homepage and click on Conjuguemos

12. Log in if you haven’t created an account. Our school code is 9773 and password in knights. You will have to enter your first and last name and make sure that you choose me as your teacher.

13. Under Spanish – choose Spanish verbs. Choose several er and ir verbs and conjugate for 3 minutes. Jot down your score and do it again and see if you improve.

Unit 3.1 pages 142-155. Students have completed many writing, speaking, and listening activities. We have worked with vocabulary and reviewed the present tense irregular yo forms of verbs and pronouns after prepositions. Students completed 3 homework activities, a vocab sheet (2 days) and worksheet with present tense irregular yo forms of verbs. Warm-ups were completed daily as well as speaking points. Quiz was on Wednesday the 16^th.
