Spanish 1

  1. Reviewed important questions from first semester and verbs answering those questions for the warm-up.
  2. Vocab work– foods and words that go with (hunger, thirst, nutritional)Listening and pronunciation work. (Remember that noun comes first and description after….jugo de naranja, sandwich de jamón….accents….memorize them now, is easier.)
  3. Read in pairs p. 140-141. Listening activity – a responder p. 141.
  4. Vocab sheet – – filled in food related sections…meals, for breakfast, for lunch and fruit. P. 159
  5. Act 1 p. 142 – finding the hidden food items using the definite article as well. – written
  6. Act 2 p. 142. Speaking activity – changed partners and Maestra roamed and asked individuals questions, those who responded in complete Spanish sentences received speaking point.
  7. Homework – Vocabulario B p. 100 – Complete the whole page….READ section 2 carefully, don’t just skim. Write Complete sentences for Section 3.

 

Spanish 2

  1. Work with clothing vocabulary, previous and new.
  2. Page 144-145 – listened and practiced pronunciation and read the sections aloud to practice pronunciation.
  3. Worksheet – pictures of clothing.  Helpful pages in text:R6, 144-145 and page 163. Group work.
  4. Vocab fill in the blank activity as small group.
  5. Did you get it resource – side 1 (the side with the drawings) as homework
