Spanish 1

We’re 8 days into the school year and now students know some vocabulary and phrases. Students need to bring their textbook, notebook for Spanish and something to write with to class every day. The daily warm-up and in class activities will be completed on the same piece of paper all week and collected at the end of the week.

Students have a vocab sheet and should have sections dealing with Greetings and Saying good-bye,  Making introductions and Other words and phrases filled in and be studying them nightly.  Today we started the alphabet and the homework is to spell their name in Spanish for their parent/guardian. Pages 2-10 have now been covered, students have completed listening, speaking, writing and reading activities in the book. Students have enough phrases that we are practicing them more in class which can be awkward, but they are doing a great job. Worksheets for homework  that have been completed and turned in, Hola, Qué tal, and Mucho Gusto.
