Students read aloud pp. 168-169 and then listened, and figured out the meaning of new vocab based on context, previous knowledge, and listening to descriptions. Students wrote the meaning on their note sheet as we did the activity. Comprehension – listening activity – a responder. Act. 1 p. 170.
