Spanish 2

1. Warm-up questions using vocabulary. Late passes distributed and students wrote their names on them. (Students get 5 of these for the whole semester. Late work is only accepted when it is complete and a late pass is attached.)
2. Vocab practice with DVD clip from Text – (also available online).
3. Speaking activity with completed homework – intrevista en parejas.
4. P. 146 Act. 1, 2 and 3 – speaking practice in pairs.
5. Homework – worksheet Vocabulario 3.1

Spanish 1

1. Warm-up – large numbers. Credit given for completion of homework and students made their own corrections. Homework that was collected yesterday was returned. Students should keep all homework and papers for the entire semester. Late passes distributed and students wrote their names on them. (Students get 5 of these for the whole semester. Late work is only accepted when it is complete and a late pass is attached.)
2. Notes – Months of the year p. 165, possession in Spanish – no apostophe s! p. 166. Review of tener – p. 168, Giving the date – p. 171. Students practiced using all of these grammar uses that are review from last semester.
3. Telehistoria – escena 1 p. 167 and worksheet.
4. Homework – study vocab and grammar. Test next week.
