Reviewed preterite conjugations and vocab from this Unit. Did speaking activities in class to practice with the preterite and prepare for the speaking part of the Test. Tuesday students celebrated Diá de los Muertos. Wednesday we listened to telehistoria, practiced for speaking part of test (describe a vacation/trip you took using a picture of the trip and the preterit tense). This week students also did reading practice (collected) and used the computers to prepare for the test. Worksheet on Monday was discussed Wednesday and completion credit given. Unit 1 Lesson 2 Test on Friday.

Learned about Día de los Muertos on Tuesday and the rest of the week students prepared for the Test on Friday. Reviewed Tener, Tener + que + infinitive, conjugations of –ar verbs in the present tense, telling time, classes, frequency vocabulary, listening. Credit was given for completion of Monday worksheet. Act. 16 p. 100 collected in class on Wednesday. Practice worksheet for homework on Wednesday. Review worksheets on Thursday to prepare for Test on Friday.
