Spanish 2

1.   warm-up worksheet with verb conjugation.

2.   Work on visual-aid for speaking quiz mini presentation to Maestra – Wed-Friday. Students drew 4 illustrations to help them present the following info – Introduce themselves and their age, What do they like to do after school?, Who is their best friend and describe them., Where do they go for summer vacations? Must be presented – no reading and words aren’t allowed on their visual aid.

3.   Worksheet practicing stem-changing verbs – due tomorrow.

Written Test on Thursday. Speaking – tomorrow for volunteers or and Friday.

 

Spanish 1

1.   Warm-up questions – students wrote the correct answers for 3 sentences.

2.   Act. 9 – where the following people are from – done orally as a class.

3.   Worksheet practicing pronouns and the forms of ser. Notes were up on the board. Students received a stamp if completed in a timely manner in class – will discuss answers in class tomorrow.

 Homework – students who didn’t complete the worksheet need to do so. Also students were told yesterday that to help learn vocabulary – they are to write each Spanish vocab word 3 times and then the meaning of that word once. New Vocab sheets were distributed. Also students are to write each pronoun and it’s meaning and each form of ser and it’s meaning (look at notes for help). All due Wed. Possible Vocab quiz on Friday.
