Spanish 2

1.     Warm- up – writing sentences using correct form of ser and matching gender and number with the ending. para y piensa corrections from Friday.

2.     Notes – added 3 more questions, forms of tener and vocab to the vocab sheet.

3.     Speaking activity with questions and photos of famous people. Who are they and what are they like.

4.     Written worksheet – 10 minutes in class to work on. Finsih sections 1,2 and 3 by class tomorrow. Make sure that complete sentences are written using the correct form of ser and tener. Adjectives and vocab are used and the correct form of those as well.

5.     Academic Integrity sheet distributed. Students and their parent/guardian are to please read, sign and return the bottom slip to the classroom cubby tomorrow.

Remember- Worksheet completed,  AI signed slip, Quiz over material presented thus far on Thursday.

 

Spanish 1

1.     Warm-up reviewing expressions learned thus far. Greetings and good-byes practiced with flashcards.

2.     Vocab handout- students took notes on what the top 1/3 phrases mean in English. Greetings, Good-byes, Say how you are and Introductions. Practiced pronunciation. Discussed differences in formal and familiar with greetings, asking a persons name.

3.     Texts – pronunciation of h. p. 6-7 Mucho gusto. – Listened to native speakers while following along in text. Listening activity with introductions.

4.     4. Academic Integrity sheet distributed. Students and their parent/guardian are to please read, sign and return the bottom slip to the classroom cubby tomorrow.

5. Study what we have learned thus far.
