Spanish 1

1. New seats. Speaking and listening practice with the letter r. Review of numbers and telephone numbers in Spanish.

2. Ecuador culture information. Reading with partner pp. 201-202. DVD clip and discussion.

3. Introduction to the class in Spanish mini-project. Students will share the following information in complete Spanish sentences. Name, age, 2 descriptions about self, hair color, eye color, something they like to do and something they don’t like to do. Eye contact and preparation (memorized) will be part of the grading. Students were given enough time in class to write this information in Spanish in class. It must be complete by class bell tomorrow, so finish at home if not completed in class.

Spanish 2

1. Writing practice with pretert forms of traer, servir, pedit. Listtening practice with the same verb forms.

2. Info handed out and page numbers discussed to study for test.

3. Speaking practice with questions from the entire chapter.

4. Vocab sheet – students started filling it out in class without text. Finish at home and then check with the book to help with Test study.

Chapter Test Wednesday. Missing work due tomorrow.
