Spanish 1

1. Written warm-up questions from paso 5.3. How to say the date in Spanish.

2. Seating chart and then practice activity with months and seasons with partner (p. 154).

3. Nota cultural and review of verb conjugations. Writing activity 25 page 155. Speaking practice and collected a writing sample of  students choice from Act. 25.

4. Introduction powerpoint with weather and seasons.

Discussed grading points, speaking points are required every week and students are given opportunities to speak in class daily. Assessment the beginning of next week over Paso 3 in Chapter 5 as well as information from 1st semester.

Spanish 2

1. Warm-up with vocab. Pronounced additional vocab and added to vocab body part sheet.

2. Preterit verb practice with white boards. Also practiced with new and old vocabulary.

3. Listening Practice Act. 28 p. 144 and Writing Act. 29, 5 sentences. Speaking practice with sentences and then students chose their best sentence and handed it in.

4. Crossword with body parts worksheet – finish for homework.
