1. Discussed a picture using vocab and phrases from this chapter then students put conversation cards in order in a small learning group.
2. Listening practice with Act. 32 p. 247 for numbers practice and additional listening activities with Maestra saying numbers and students locating them and also producing the number.
3. Nota cultural p. 248 and 249 and reviewed all the culture from the section which students need to know for the quiz.
4. Discussed the format of the quiz and did practice activities.

1. Homework collected to grade. Discussed 8.1 Quiz. Next quiz will be Wed.
2. Así se dice p. 230, discussed preterit and imperfect tenses. Notes on the regular and irregular conjugations of both tenses.
3.Worksheet – questions and excuses, worked on in class for credit. Homework – más practica worksheet pret/imp verbs.
