With a smaller number of groups competing this year, all performances will take place in Southwest’s auditorium (instead of in their gym, as in the past).

please find below the sheet music students should learn for 2016 Show Choir Auditions.
Students should learn the MELODY and FIRST VERSE of “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee.” Students should also learn their vocal part for “Everything is Easy” along with the audition choreography.

If you had not previously purchased admission to Midwest Cup, tickets for both the morning and afternoon sessions of Midwest Cup have sold out.
The show choirs at East are off to a great start. We look forward to students continuing to work hard, learning and growing, and finding success this season.

We are pleased to announce that we are again offering our Spartan Junior Show Choir Camp, to take place Tuesday May 26th through Friday May 29th in the East High music wing. This camp is open to any rising 4th-9th graders in Lincoln and the surrounding areas
Spartan Junior Camp Application 2015
Camp will run 12:30-4PM each day, with a culminating performance Friday evening in the East auditorium at 7PM. Registration fees for camp are $60, and include a camp T-Shirt and snacks throughout the week. Campers will have the opportunity to audition for a talent showcase during the week as well.
Camper applications are due May 19th. Please contact Mr. Epperson should you have further questions.
