Summer Athletic Clinics

LPS offers athletic clinics for any student who will be enrolled in the 3rd through 12th grade in September.  Clinics are offered to teach basic fundamentals of activities with no inter-clinic competitions.  Brochures/registration forms can be obtained from the main offices of LPS elementary and middle schools, and from high school athletic offices.  The 2012 Athletic Clinic Brochure can also be downloaded here.

End of Season Athletic Participation Survey

Please take a few moments to complete this student survey. Your experience is important to us. Your answers help us improve our programs. Please begin this survey by "clicking" on your school and then "clicking" on the sport you have just completed. The schools provided team rosters. Only those athletes on the team rosters will be able to take the survey. Check with your coach or athletic director if you have any difficulty.

Survey results will be collected at the LPS District Office. The final results, not individual athlete's responses, will be shared with athletic directors.
