As part of the WL Wellness Committee, I decided this year to send out ruminations on wellness. I will call it Fine Fettle Fridays: Wellness Tips and Ruminations (fettle simply means “condition” and “fine fettle” is an old idiomatic and maybe rural way of saying one is in “tip-top condition”).
